LEASING

The primary objective of our Leasing plan is to develop and implement a successful Tenant retention program while ensuring all available space achieves the best current market lease terms with minimal related costs. Real Estate Investors, Inc is experienced in executing this type of Leasing program and through our unique perspective as a property owner, and manager; we are able to craft Leasing strategies & procedure that focus on enhancing the long-term value of each property.

A.D. Real Estate Investors, Inc. professionals work closely with all major brokerage firms, law firms, and architects. We are directly involved in all aspects of each Lease negotiation including the determination of asking prices for Available space, Lease terms, commission agreements and construction costs. By combining our management of Tenant relations and Leasing Administration, we strive to maximize the value of each property.

Our knowledgeable staff of professional building managers offers attentive service for our Tenants, meticulously overseeing everything from building security and repair work to Code-Compliance. Our in-house Contractors and Maintenance staff enables us to respond quickly to appropriately handle Tenant and building situations as they arise.

ADRE’s experience in maximizing revenue for its properties under management have created a unique service offering of market research studies. We provide in-depth analysis of neighborhoods, historical trends, current comparable transactions (i.e. rents), and anticipated regulatory changes such as zoning that may alter the value of your property. This access maximizes market intelligence and capabilities to conveniently provide for all of our clients’ real estate needs from one location at ADRE.

REO ASSET MANAGEMENT

ADRE provides REO asset management services in the metropolitan area. Our account executives have the expertise to protect and improve assets with knowledge in budgeting capital improvements to increasing revenue to preserve the value of the asset. These services include weekly or monthly financial reporting, budget variance analysis, routine maintenance, collections, tenant evictions, violation removals, and building registration.
