Develop Properties to maintain efficient and cost effective standards to maximize property net income; and provide high quality tenant service that is consistent, if not superior, to comparable properties. Leasing
The primary objective of our Leasing plan is to develop and implement a successful Tenant retention program while ensuring all available space achieves the best current market lease terms with minimal related costs. Real Estate Investors, Inc is experienced in executing this type of Leasing program and through our unique perspective as a property owner, and manager; we are able to craft Leasing strategies & procedure that focus on enhancing the long-term value of each property.
A.D. Real Estate Investors, Inc. professionals work closely with all major brokerage firms, law firms, and architects. We are directly involved in all aspects of each Lease negotiation including the determination of asking prices for Available space, Lease terms, commission agreements and construction costs. By combining our management of Tenant relations and Leasing Administration, we strive to maximize the value of each property.

The A.D. Real Estate Management team is committed to constant and open communication between owner, residents, board members and building staff. Each building is assigned to one of our dedicated Account Executives. All phone calls to our office are returned the same business day. Our accessibility has proven to be the key ingredient in building strong relationships with residents and property owners over the last three decades.
Your investment is our priority. Our Account team works diligently to find ways to increase your property value and address/resolve concerns as soon as they arise. Every Account Executive works side by side with our accounting, billing, collections and staffing departments. Keeping abreast of all building activities lends each one of our Account Executives the hands-on knowledge to properly manage your investment.
Known for our successful tenant retention programs, we take our responsibility to residents seriously. In addition to informing residents of news through the traditional bulletin board notices, we also send e-mail notifications to alert all residents or a select group of residents of any building service situation that requires their immediate attention. Across all lines of communication and groups involved, we efficiently manage every aspect of each property from top to bottom.
