    Real Estate Management Company seeking a Property Manager (PM) who will oversee multiple residential rental properties in NYC and supervise its on-site operations.

    Employment Status: Full Time (40 Hours per week)

    Job Responsibilities:

    1.     Supervision of union and independent (non-union) building staff-members
    2.     Enforcement of building maintenance and operating policies
    3.     Ensuring compliance of housing regulations and codes
    4.     Addressing tenant issues and concerns
    5.     Negotiation on vendor contracts
    6.     Coordination of repair and maintenance projects
    7.     Annual budget projections
    8.     The Property Manager must be able to manage multiple projects independently to completion. Some projects will be technical in nature and will require that the PM draw knowledge from past experience and education

    Experiences & Qualifications:

    •     Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience.
    •     Strong Organizational Skills, Analytical Skills, Verbal & Written Skills, Interpersonal Abilities, Assertive and Highly Motivated.
    •     Must demonstrate examples of projects and written skills.
    •     Aptitude and knowledge of Mechanical Systems
    •     Proficiency with Computers using Spreadsheet and Word Processing Programs.
    •     Additional skills and/or experience in personnel management blueprint reading (architectural/mechanical), drafting & space planning and project management are preferable.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1.     Interpret and review architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
    2.     Investigate and review technical feasibility concepts and summarize findings.
    3.     Work with consultants to review and resolve construction issues.
    4.     Investigate and review construction feasibility concepts for project site logistics, means and methods, etc. and summarize findings.
    5.     Prepare bid packages for various consultants required by Ownership.
    6.     Review proposals for scope of work and specification compliance and prepare comparison sheets.
    7.     Prepare budgets and construction cost estimates for various phases of the project.
    8.     Review budget assumptions with trades to confirm scope and pricing.
    9.     Coordinate the design process with the Architect, Engineer and Owner.
    10.     Manage the document development process to insure that they reflect the Owners requirements and that they are produced in a timely manner.
    11.     Attend various design meetings as required with consultants and trades.
    12.     Develop and / or review trade specific scopes of work, specifications and technical information related to the various trades.
    13.     Research potential new construction products and present findings.
    14.     Review and approve payment requisitions.
    15.     Assist in developing project specific contract documents for all trades.
    16.     Develop basic project schedule and logistic plans for specific project phases.

    Experiences & Qualifications:

    •     Minimum of 5 years experience.
    •     Highly organized and effective
    •     Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Project, etc.). Adobe Acrobat. AutoCAD Light. Outlook
  • Description:

    Real Estate Management Company seeking an accountant with retail,  commercial and residential real estate experience utilizing Skyline Property Management Software.

    Must have transportation to Great Neck or willing to commute by public transportation LIRR.

    Employment Status: Full Time (40 Hours per week)

    Job Responsibilities:

    1.     Prepare all monthly financial reports. 
    2.     Reporting directly to the Director of Management and the Office Administrator on a daily basis.
    3.     Knowledge with Accounts payable and receivables.
    4.     Consolidation of accounts
    5.     Bank reconciliations
    6.     Reconciliations of the General Ledger and Cash flow analysis of accounts.
    7.     Journal entries
    8.     Generate Income and Expense Statements
    9.     Knowledge of Cumulus
    10.     Must be able to work with deadlines.
    11.     Job costing
    12.     Supervise accounts payable allocation entries
    13.     Special reporting
    14.     Property budgeting and forecasting

    Experiences & Qualifications:

    •     Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Real Estate Management Sector.

    •     Knowledge of Real Estate principles and management.
    •     Ability to present information clearly and accurately both written and orally.
    •     Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management.
